The goal of KyivFlorist.com is to make every customer a satisfied customer. If you are not satisfied with any flower arrangement or a gift purchased through our web site, please don't hesitate to contact us and we will do our best to satisfy your needs.

Due to various seasonal conditions, availability of some flowers may be limited. Also, specific flower varieties or colors may not be available for delivery on a specified day. Therefore, it is possible that the exact bouquet pictured or requested may not be available for delivery.

In this event, the KyivFlorist.com florists will deliver a second choice of similar flowers, which contains an equal or greater value and beauty. Every effort will be made to maintain size, shape, and overall color schemes of an arrangement, but there may be some variance due to designer interpretation.

Additional items (toys, chocolates, champagne & etc.) may vary according to region and supply. Our main commitment is to ensure the quality and integrity of the item delivered matches the value of the item ordered.

If some items ordered are not available, we will substitute it with the similar item of equal or greater value or with similar item of lesser value and credit.

Please note:  All orders outside of Kyiv will be made by our flower stores/agents, this takes longer time for order to be delivered to the recipient!

• Same-Day & Next Day Delivery is available at NO extra charge, all priced you see are final, there are no other fees unless your order is outside of Kiev region were there is a Delivery Surcharge due to high fuel costs! (free delivery is for Kiev, Brovary, C. Kalinovka, Vishgorod, C. Dymerka only)
• All FREE services (Delivery, Photo, Greeting Card , Free box of Chocolates & RUSH Same Day Delivery) are included in prices of goods, if you wish not to use some of them, then just let us know, but there will be no discount or refund.
• The minimum cost of an order must be a minimum of $39.00 USD.  This can be a combination of many items that meet or exceed our minimum or one item at that price or above.  
• re: Photo; if the recipient does not want to have a photo taken at the time of delivery, then there is nothing we can do about it.  Photo of the delivery is a FREE service, you do NOT pay for it & it is not proof of delivery, so if for any reason technical/recipient photo has not been taken there is no refund or charge back of any kind.

Q: Do you send flowers anywhere Ukraine?
A: YES, we deliver flowers & gifts to all of Ukraine.  In the rare event that a delivery cannot be made due to location, you will be contacted within 24 hours.  Also, all orders that are outside of Kyiv are subject to a delivery surcharge. 

Q: Do you deliver seven days a week?
A: We process orders for delivery seven days a week and we do offer Same-Day-Delivery (order must be placed not later then 8:01am Kyiv (Kiev) time), however, du to Holidays, weekends and other regional factors, we recommend placing an order two days or more in advance of the delivery date. In the event that a delivery cannot be made when indicated on the secure order form, we will contact you by email and make delivery on the first available opportunity.

Q: How will I know if my order has been received?
A: We pride ourselves on providing an unparalleled level of personal service on the Internet. You will receive both an automatic reply when you place your order online followed by a personal confirmation once your order has been processed for delivery. Generally, the best method to ensure your order has been received is simply to correspond with the recipient. For order inquiries or delivery confirmation inquiries, you may also e-mail us.

A: Secure online ordering is provided with the latest encryption technology available. Your credit card and personal information is NOT stored on our web server, and is retained for order management purposes only.

Q: How can I pay for the order?
A: We accept all credit cards,  Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, Diner's Club, and JCB.  We also accept PayPal, WesternUnion or MoneyGram.  For very large order we accept direct bank wire transfer as well.  All transactions are 100% secure.
