We guarantee the privacy of the client and the recipient and will never disclose any personal information, including names, addresses or customer/recipient communication to anyone.

We also like you to know that we do not keep, store or even see any credit card payment information, for that you can rest assure that your credit card information will be secure. For that we use merchant services that process payments that have the highest possible encryption security key and they check each payment for fraud.

PLEASE NOTE:

• The minimum cost of an order must be $39.00 USD. This can be a combination of many items that meet or exceed our minimum or one item. We will not accept an order below our company's policy of $39.00 USD minimum. 
• FREE photo:  If the recipient is not home or does not want to have a photo taken of them then there is nothing we can do about it.  This service is FREE, you do not pay for photo, if one is not taken then there is no charge back or refund of any kind, in rural locations this service might not be possible, if a photo is needed always ask us before you place an order!
• All locations that are outside of Kyiv (Kiev, in Kievskaya Oblast) are subject to delivery charge. If your order is to be delivered outside of our main service area, then please check the delivey rate from the 'Cart' or contact us prior to placing an order and let us know to where you would like us to make a delivery and what kind of product you wish to purchase. Please feel free to contact us for any question relating to delivery. The reason for this is that we offer outstanding service and include many free extras that would alone cost more then our minimum requirement for an order to be processed.

• If the recipient, who is supposed to receive your order, refuses to accept it for any personal reason, there will be no refund, credit or redelivery.

^* We will always take a Digital Photo of the Recipient; you have the option not to include this service, just un-click the icon when checking out. Also, if the recipient refuses to have a photo taken or is not ready to be photographed, then there is nothing that we can do, but we will notify you of that by email. This does not qualify you for any discount, since this is included in the price.  ^** Orders for same-day delivery must be received by 11:01am Kiev (Kyiv) Ukraine time. *** FREE Shipping is for Kyiv, Brovary, C. Kalinovka, C. Dymerka only, all other areas are subject to a Delivery Charge!!!
